We will keep your personal data on record for all purposes connected with your registration as an associated photographer of GotYou, including communications with you regarding any photography work and payments of royalties, including any other opportunities for photography work developed by GotYou.

If you have specified that you will be attending events involving children, then by submitting your application to be an associate photographer, you agree that we may also use all personal data you provide about yourself to carry out checks on your background, including criminal records bureau checks.

GotYou would also like to be able to contact you or send messages to you from time to time (including by telephone, post, fax, mobile text, e-mail and any other methods) with information about any goods and services of GotYou or promotions which GotYou may undertake in association with third parties, including offers for discounts on cameras, photograph printing and consumables.

LEGAL AGREEMENT

By applying to be an Associate Photographer of GotYou you are offering to enter into a legal agreement with GotYou Limited on the GotYou Associate Photographer Terms and Conditions (Version 1 - February 2005).

GotYou is under no obligation to accept any application submitted to it, and may decline applications without giving reasons.

If your application is accepted, GotYou will notify you, which will create the legal agreement between you and GotYou, and you will be able to access the members section of this Website and start uploading pictures.

Registration normally takes 24 hours where you will be emailed with your login password and instruction on how to use the service.

If your application is not accepted for any reason, GotYou will notify you again by e-mail.
